Since 1991 Tab Premium Built Homes has won several important national, state and local awards.

STARS Award Program

The North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA) STARS Award program honors the achievements of home building industry professionals from across the state. Winners receive recognition in areas such as marketing and advertising, web design, sales/information centers, landscape design, interior merchandizing, architecture/floor plan, remodeling/renovation and special projects. We’ve been privileged to win the association’s STARS Award three times and are one of the few multiple winners.

Parade of Homes

The Home Builders Association of Craven and Pamlico Counties hosts a Parade of Homes twice annually. Nearly 100 percent of the homes we’ve entered have won in their category (based on sales price) or best in show. Several of our winning homes are featured in our Portfolio.
