When I first met with Andy and his team, they asked me questions about how I planned to use the space and what kind of feel I was envisioning for my clients. Within a day Drew and Andy had created a floor plan beyond my expectations.
Once we were under contract, Jane worked directly with me on picking out finishes for the interior and exterior to capture the vision of the building. This process was super efficient and well planned, including pricing. in case I wanted to adjust the finishes from what was contracted. She also played a huge role in the interior lobby selections to ensure it flowed with the environment we were trying to create.
Austin scheduled and worked directly with the subcontractors to get the job done on time and with no hiccups! He even provided proactive status updates on what was going on -- absolutely amazing! Each member of the team at Tab assisted in creating a pain free, pleasurable experience from start to finish! I could not be happier with the finished product and the support that was provided.
Andy and his team have an amazing eye for design and quality. Then they work seamlessly with you to make your dream home or office a reality without the normal headaches of building. I highly recommend them and have and would use them again.
